William Allen Kowalenko began his personal injury career in 1980, working as a Personal Injury Claims Adjuster with an independent adjustment company in New York City. As he worked his way up the ranks of the insurance industry, Mr. Kowalenko investigated, negotiated and settled personal injury cases on behalf of multiple insurance companies. His tenacity and drive quickly earned him the title of Litigation Manager, before eventually joining a personal injury firm in 1985.
William Allen Kowalenko, Esq. has had vast trial experience in the personal injury “Plaintiff” area of the law, including specializing in disputed liability trials. He has litigated matters involving wrongful death, automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, as well as injuries resulting from complex construction/labor law and social security disability cases.
Mr. Kowalenko has amassed a professional Plaintiffs’ counsel portfolio that includes more than thirty (30) years of personal injury and the litigation experience recovering more than three hundred and fifty million ($350,000,000.00) dollars in settlements. In fact since 2012 alone, Mr. Kowalenko has appeared for trial on more than fifty-five (55) cases in both the State and Federal courts of New York and New Jersey. His most recent case (against the City of New York and the New York Board of Education) resulted in a One million ($1,000,000.00) dollar recovery for the client.
